Boerne Neighborhoods

One of Boerne’s latest and greatest neighborhoods is Esperanza with homes ranging from the $300’s to one million and up. Some amenities include a 350 acre park with miles of hiking trails and will also have two schools. Cordillera Ranch is another beautiful gated community and has homes starting in the high $500’s. Amenities include a beautiful club house, pool, riding trails, and a great golf course plus so much more. Champion Heights subdivision has prices starting in the $300’s and is located across the street from Boerne Champion High School. All of these neighborhoods are in the exemplary Boerne ISD.
